Andrew Frisenda graduated from Purchase College in 2003 with a double major in Philosophy and American History. At Purchase he also studied Political Science, Journalism and Literature in depth with some of the finest academics in the field. Mr. Frisenda then received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2009. During law school he concentrated on Constitutional Law with a focus on Legal Theory and Jurisprudence. Since beginning his legal career with Bashian & Farber in 2010, Andrew has focused on Trust & Estate Litigation, Appellate Practice, Estate Planning and Administration, Guardianships, Legal Malpractice matters and Corporate Litigation. Andrew has drafted appellate briefs and presented oral arguments before the Appellate Division Second Department, practices in both the Surrogate's and Supreme Courts in New York City and the greater Hudson Valley and has lectured as a New York State Continuing Legal Education Speaker.
